2010 Sauvignon Blanc 13.0% alc/vol $15

​A crisp white with a smooth blend of characteristic flavours of citrus, strawberry, vanilla and tropical fruit flavours.

Red Wines

2006 Reserve Shiraz 13.9% alc/vol $20.

The result of over 12 months in a various oak barrels, this full-bodied wine has aged well to be at its prime.

It has a rich complexity of smooth and spicy flavours of pepper, chocolate, vanilla and ripe blueberry flavours with a lush plum and vibrant oak finish.

2008 Merlot 12.5% alc/vol  $15.

This Merlot is a medium-bodied wine, that has been enriched from 12 months in American oak barrels. It has aromas of crushed pepper, spicy berries and ripe cherries. It has a smooth combination of flavours ranging from dried blueberry and cherry - to the lingering peppery barrel-aged tannins.

Bin 2 Shiraz 12.8% alc/vol  $15.

An easy drinking Shiraz with rich aromas of plum and blueberry. It has smooth flavours of blueberry and ripe cherry influenced by 14 months in oak barrels.

Sunset Red 10.1% alc/vol $15.

This tantalising clear ruby-crimson wine has enticing treasure box aromas. It has a refreshing and sweet, ripe-fruit taste with wild and intense berry flavours. This is an excellent allrounder wine that is best served chilled. A top wine to take to the races or kicking back with friends, having a pre-sunset bbq.
